What materials are your products made of?

Our products are carefully crafted from sustainable and natural
materials such as vegetable-tanned leather, hemp, natural rubber, and cotton rope.
They are 100% plastic-free and free from toxic substances, made with love for dogs and nature, and sourced from Europe.

Are the products suitable for all dog breeds and sizes?

Yes, our products are designed for dogs of all sizes, from puppies to large
dogs. We offer various sizes and adjustable options to ensure a good fit. Do you need help with measuring or do you have any questions? Feel free to contact us.

How do I best maintain the products?

For leather products, we recommend treating them regularly with a
natural leather balm. You can find all maintenance tips on our maintenance page. Hemp and cotton items can be hand washed
in cold water. Avoid harsh cleaning agents to extend their lifespan.

How do I determine the right size for my dog?

On our measuring instructions page, you'll find a helpful guide to determine the correct size for collars, harnesses, and bandanas. Make sure to accurately measure your dog's neck and chest circumference for the best fit.

What if the product doesn't fit properly?

If the product doesn't fit properly, you can return or exchange it within 14 days, provided it is unworn and in its original condition. Please contact us at info@cooperandquint.com for further instructions.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over
€50. Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days. For
orders under €50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. For the Netherlands, this is €4.95 and for Belgium, it is €6.95.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a
tracking number to monitor the delivery.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused products within 14 days of receipt. Please send
an email to info@cooperandquint.com with your order number and reason for return.
Note: custom-made products cannot be returned.

How can I exchange my item?

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@cooperandquint.com. Indicate which product you would like to exchange and for which alternative. We will be happy to guide you through the process.

Our products are handmade in a small workshop in Weesp, using sustainable and natural materials from Europe. We avoid the use of plastic and harmful substances, and strive for a minimal ecological footprint.
