Returns and exchanges

We urge you to buy seriously. Cooper & Quint exists out of love for four-legged friends and we try to stock as little as possible to keep costs down. All items are handmade and we therefore consider it very important that we receive the products back in unused condition.

Still returning?
We have the love for the four-legged friend also for you as our customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order at our expense. Please note: Personalised items or special requests are excluded from returns.

How to return?

  1. Send an email to info@cooperandquint.com containing the following details:
    • Order number
    • Which item you want to return
    • Reason for return or exchange
  2. After receiving your e-mail, you will receive an e-mail within 48 hours with the return label and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Make sure you pack the products well before you send them back.
  4. Print the label you receive and stick it on the packaging.
  5. Drop off your return parcel at the delivery point.

After receipt and inspection, an exchange or refund will be made within 7 working days.


Exceptions
Custom orders and gift vouchers cannot be returned and remain excluded from our refund and exchange policy.
Used products are not refundable. However, you can return these at your own expense. We will then try to give this product a second life and hopefully make another person happy with it.
