Returns and exchanges

Not entirely satisfied with your order? We're sorry to hear that, but we're happy to help you find a solution.

Many of our products are handmade in our workshop in Weesp. Therefore, we believe it's important that returns are sent back carefully and neatly, so that we can, if possible, give the product a new home.

Return Period

You can register standard products for return within 14 days of receiving your order.

The products must be unused, clean, and in their original condition. Please try on your order indoors, but do not use the product during a walk.

 

Return Costs

For customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg, returns are free. After registering your return, you will receive a return label from us.

For all other countries, return costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend always sending your return with track & trace, so that your package can be properly tracked.

How to Register a Return

Send an email to info@cooperandquint.com with:

  • your order number
  • which item you want to return or exchange
  • the reason for return or exchange

After receiving your email, you will receive a response within 48 hours with further instructions. If your return is from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, or Luxembourg, we will also include the return label.

Make sure you pack the products well before returning them to prevent damage during transport.

Refund or Exchange

Upon receipt, we will check if the product is unused, clean, and in its original condition.

If everything is in order, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days via the same payment method you used. If you prefer to exchange, we will work together to find a suitable solution.

Exceptions

Personalized products, custom-made products, special requests, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error or defect.

We cannot refund used products. If you still return a used product, the return costs will be at your own expense. Where possible, we will try to give the product a second life.

If you have doubts about the correct size or fit beforehand, please feel free to send us a message. We are happy to help you, so that the chance of returning is as small as possible.
