Shipment
Once we have received your order, we will carefully start working on it.
All products are packaged and shipped from our workshop in Weesp. Many of our items are handmade, so shipping times may vary slightly per product. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with shipping confirmation and track & trace.
Shipping costs
For orders under €100, we charge a contribution towards shipping costs. Do you order for €100 or more? Then we ship your order for free within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.

When will your order be shipped?
We do our best to create and ship your order within 2–5 business days after receiving payment.
If you have chosen a personalized product, custom work, or have special requests, it may take a little longer before your order is shipped. We create everything with care and prefer to take a little more time rather than compromise on quality.
Shipping outside the EU
For countries outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, import duties, VAT, or administrative fees may be charged by local customs. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sustainable packaging material
Cooper & Quint products are good for dogs and nature. That's why we also consider sustainability in our packaging.
Our boxes are made from recycled paper. The tissue paper we use to wrap our products is made from FSC-certified paper, completely acid-free, and printed with soy-based ink. This way, your items are not only made with care but also packaged with care.
