After receiving your order, you will receive it within 1-3 working days (NL) and 2-5 working days (BE) on average. Personalized products, such as harnesses deserve a little extra attention, please add an extra of 3 working days.
Shipping costs are a fixed amount of €4.95 for NL and €6.95 for BE.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
The love we share for our four-legged friends, we also share for you as our customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it at our expense within 14 days of receiving your order.
Just send us an email and we will send you a return label. You will receive your money back or we will send a customized item within 7 working days of receiving your package.
