Natural Gluten Free Dog Snack

The Yak Dog Snack is made from an ancient recipe and from 100% natural ingredients . Once developed as a snack for humans, this snack is increasingly popular among dogs. The snacks are made from Yak & Cow's milk, Lime juice and a pinch of salt. Thanks to the milk, the dog snack is rich in calcium to keep bones strong and rich in protein, essential for your dog to thrive daily. Because it is grain and gluten-free, it is also nice for your dog's stomach.

Natural toothbrush

The Yak Dog snacks are made from a blend of low-fat yak and cow's milk. The mix is prepared in a special way and pressed into blocks in jute bags, after which they are dried with smoke for another 28 days to give the chewing rods their unique flavor.

The drying not only keeps them for a long time but also makes them an ideal toothbrush for your dog. Your dog will have to work for an extended period to soften this hardened snack, break it down and enjoy small edible parts.

Cooper & Quint's Yak Dog Snacks come in three different sizes:

• Small-At least 45 grams.
• Medium-At least 85 grams.
• Large-115 grams minimum

Tip

Is there a little piece of the dog snack left? This can be heated in the microwave until it swells into a nice cheese snack. Put the remaining piece in the microwave at the highest setting for at least 30 seconds. If it has not yet swished, extend the duration by another 10 seconds. Let the piece cool for at least 2 minutes, then return to your dog to enjoy the last bit as well.

Nutrition Advice

To make every dog enjoy the Yak Dog Snacks from Cooper & Quint we have put a number of advice in a row.

• No Yak Dog snack is too big, even a small dog can eat a big snack. As a guideline, dogs up to 10kg can go very well with a Small Yak Dog Snack. Dogs weighing between 10 to 25kg a Medium and dogs heavier than 25kg a Large.
• The Yak Dog Snack is suitable for all dogs, but we do not recommend giving puppies a Yak Dog Snack. Puppies change their teeth in the first year, given the hardness of the snack we recommend giving the snack to dogs older than 1 year.
• The Yak Dog Snack is a hardened snack and delicious to chew on for a long time. By chewing it for a long time, small parts will soften and can be eaten. Due to the hardness, it is wise to watch out with dogs that have vulnerable teeth.
• As with other dog chew products, the Yak Dog Snack is the best option for it to be eaten under supervision. We recommend not to leave your dog alone with the snack.
• Since each Yak Dog snack is made by hand, it is not uncommon for one dog snack to have a slightly different shade than the other.
• Keep the dog snack in a dry place in the home.
