Returns and exchanges

We ask you to buy consiously. Cooper & Quint exists of the love for our four-legged friends and nature. We keep stock low to keep costs low. All goods are made to order and received back in unused condition is critical to our business.

Want to return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. European customers can just send it back to us:

We kindly ask our international customers to send us an email so that we can provide you personally with the shipping information.

After receipt and inspection, exchanges or refunds will be made within 7 working days. Please note that refunds are issued for the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs.

Exceptions

Custom orders and gift cards are non-returnable and are excluded from our refund and exchange policies.

Used products will not be refunded or returned unless you agree to the shipping costs.
